New Flexible Workspace Option in Downtown Summerlin to Open Late 2014
BusinesSuites, a nationwide operator of executive office suites, will open its third Las Vegas location in Downtown Summerlin in late 2014. This will be BusinesSuites’ 27th location across the US.
BusinesSuites, Summerlin location, will offer full-service office space, virtual office services and ondemand meeting rooms to entrepreneurs, professionals and employees of large companies in the Las Vegas valley. Offices are work-ready and include furniture, live phone answering, high-speed internet, meeting room time and access to a café. BusinesSuites, Summerlin location, will be located on the third floor of One Summerlin at 1980 Festival Drive near the 215 beltway and Sahara Ave. The center offers immediate access to the 215 beltway and an easy 25 minute commute to the airport. One Summerlin is an eight-story, Class A office building over street level retail being built to LEED Silver standards in the heart of Summerlin.
