Summerlin's Cielo Opens Two More Models Showcasing New Floor Plans

Cielo by Woodside Homes has added three more floor plans to its collection of homes already selling in Summerlin’s Mesa village. Nestled between Bishop Gorman High School and the Spring Mountains, Cielo now offers three distinctly different styles in one neighborhood. Three more floor plans in the newly opened models of Cielo Diamonte, combined with the existing seven floor plans within Cielo de Oro and Cielo de Estrellas, bring the total number of floor plans to ten, giving new homebuyers even more options.

Featuring spectacular upgrades, Cielo Diamonte’s models illustrate the two-story homes’ standard design features including foyers; 10-foot, first-floor ceilings; second-story ceiling heights in the great room; multiple windows in every room; three-bay garages; and front and backyard pavers. The Dorado 5021 Plan is modeled with a sophisticated yet rustic mountain décor. At 3,136 square feet, this floor plan offers four bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, loft and covered balcony and many lifestyle options including a multi-gen suite.    

The Tucana Plan 5031, encompasses 3,498 square feet and features a first-floor master suite with up to six bedrooms, four baths and a guest suite complete with its own washer/dryer closet. Perhaps the most unique options is a home theater with a tiered floor for multi-level seating.
