New Summerlin® Neighborhoods Part Of City-Wide Open House

Gorgeous models homes with stunning floor plans will be showcased in the Summerlin master-planned community as part of the citywide new homes sales event, Feb. 21 and 22 and, Feb. 28 and March 1. Featuring nearly 30 floor plans in elegant single-story, two-story and upscale townhome designs, five builders are opening the doors for new home buyers to step inside and find their Summerlin dream home.

Summerlin’s Mesa village is home to the community’s only currently selling townhomes. The gated, luxury, Vista Dulce neighborhood by Toll Brothers offers three floor plans directly across the street from Bishop Gorman High School. Ranging from 1,580 to 1,889 square feet, Vista Dulce homes come with standard features like three bedrooms, private backyards and covered loggias.  Unique upscale features include 10-foot, first-floor ceilings; granite kitchen countertops; 42-inch upper kitchen cabinets; and eight-foot garage doors. Also in The Mesa is Cielo by Woodside Homes offering 10 floor plans in three distinct styles. Some of these homes are offered exclusively in Summerlin with plans ranging from 2,102 to 3,498 square feet. These single- and two-story floor plans offer first-floor master-suites, spacious great rooms and lofts accenting high volume ceilings, elaborate window designs showcasing Spring Mountain views, three-bay garages and optional casita. Solar ready and outfitted with Woodside's standard energy efficient construction, these homes are priced from the low $300,000s to the low $500,000s.

Four neighborhoods in The Paseos village are also participating in the Citywide Sales Event.

The gated Tevare neighborhood by KB Home offers five, one- and two-story floor plans. These homes range from 1,849 to 2,625 square-feet and offer thousands of design options, including gourmet kitchens with large breakfast bars, granite kitchen counter tops and birch or maple wood cabinets.  Certified Energy Plus by the Nevada Energy Rating System, these homes come solar ready. Further north is Segovia, a gated neighborhood by Pulte Homes. Designed with Pulte’s Life Tested® construction concept, three homes range from 2,776 to 3,364 square feet and offer up to six bedrooms and four-and-one-half baths. Expansive floor plans feature charming open-air casitas and courtyards at the main entrances, three-car tandem garages, dual-side and rear loggias, entry foyers, large open gathering rooms with adjoining gourmet kitchens and separate dining rooms. Segovia homes come standard with blown-in insulation and tankless water heaters for high energy efficiency. Prices start in the mid $400,000s.

Montecito by Toll Brothers offers elegant single-story homes in this gated, luxury neighborhood. Similar to the popular Santaluz neighborhood, now almost sold out, Montecito offers three, single-level floor plans on substantially larger lots. Homes range from 2,496 to 2,874 square feet and come standard with 10-foot ceilings, 12-foot multi-sliding glass doors, gourmet kitchens and oversized master bedroom suites with two spacious walk-in closets, dual sinks and six-foot soaking tubs with separate glass-enclosed shower. Montecito homes start in the mid $500,000s.
