Summerlin® Showcases New Pulte Models And Offers Pre-Sales By William Lyon

Eleven new neighborhoods in The Paseos village of the master-planned community Summerlin® are now selling.  Combined, they offer more than 40 different floor plans to accommodate families of all sizes.  Located west of the 215 beltway and north of West Charleston Boulevard, these neighborhoods offer unmatched views of Red Rock Canyon and the Las Vegas valley. Now showcasing four elegant models is Estrella by Pulte Homes; Allegra by William Lyon Homes is currently pre-selling.

Pulte’s Estrella neighborhood encompasses six floor plans with models featuring both single- story and two-story options, each featuring elegant new design elements with stunning upscale finishes throughout.

Estrella’s three, two-story homes range from 2,058 to more than 2,400 square feet and include three or four bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths. The Camelia and the Saffron, both modeled, boast standard nine-foot ceiling heights and include notable design elements such as lofts, first floor master-suites and spacious laundry rooms.

The single-story Trieste, Verona and Parklane floor plans range from 2,156 to 2,455 square feet. They include two or three bedrooms and two-and one half baths. The modeled Parklane and Verona floor plans show off open living spaces and highlight the single -story homes’ standard ten-foot ceiling heights, formal dining room, kitchen islands, courtyards, covered balconies and three-car tandem garages.

Estrella homes come standard with Pulte’s signature Life Tested® living spaces and front-yard landscaping. These homes start in the low $300,000s.

Floor plans include elegant first-floor master bedroom suites, formal dining rooms, courtyards and large covered patios.  Design options include multi-slide doors, linear fireplaces, extended covered patios, dual covered balconies and a bay window in the master-suite.
