Flexible Living Space And Hidden Rooftop Decks Highlight Summerlin’s Sarasota Neighborhood By CalAtlantic Homes

The master-planned community of Summerlin® continues to wow new home buyers with its wide variety of floor plans in The Paseos village, and Sarasota by CalAtlantic Homes (formerly Ryland Homes), is no exception. In total, new homes in The Paseos offer 50 floor plans in a dozen new neighborhoods by seven notable home builders.

The six two-story floor plans are designed with open first-floor layouts that connect great room, dining room and kitchen.
