Models Are Open At Summerlin's New Lennar Neighborhood

Delano by Lennar is the newest neighborhood in The Paseos village at Summerlin to open its doors. Located north of West Charleston Boulevard, The Paseos village offers views of the valley to the east and Red Rock Canyon to the west. The gated Delano neighborhood features five, two-story homes that come standard with Lennar’s Everything’s Included package and, one home offers a Next Gen® suite– Lennar’s “home within a home” private suite. All models are now open.

Ranging from 3,300 to 3,881 square feet, homes at Delano include three to five bedrooms, three and one- half to four-and-one-half bathrooms, large loggias and three-bay garages.  The Everything’s Included package means all homes have upgrade-quality features including granite countertops, gourmet kitchen with appliances, fireplaces, home automation and solar energy systems.

The Azure floor plan includes a spacious courtyard, second floor laundry room, a large loft that opens to a sun deck and a master bedroom suite featuring dual walk-in closets and adjacent covered balcony.

The Dune floor plan, at 3,312 square feet, opens with a stunning vaulted ceiling entryway and includes a first-floor bedroom with walk-in closet and full bathroom.  This floorplan also includes a loggia with fireplace, loft with adjacent mirador and master retreat adjacent a second covered balcony.

Enter the Tide floor plan through a linear courtyard that provides access to the porch, main entry and a first floor bedroom suite. The second floor includes three bedrooms, two full baths and the master bedroom suite with master retreat, walk-in closet and large private covered balcony.

The 3,634 square-foot Coral floor plan features a formal dining room and butler’s pantry connecting to the gourmet kitchen. A first floor master suite includes walk-in closet with a washer and dryer. The second floor includes four bedrooms, large laundry room and loft with access to the sun deck and covered balcony

The Anchor Next Gen floor plan includes Lennar’s “home within a home” concept. The 3,881 square foot home includes a private wing featuring two separate entries and includes a private living room, kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and walk-in closet with washer-dryer. The main living quarters feature an open plan with kitchen nook and adjoining living room. The second floor includes the master bedroom suite with private covered balcony and a loft connected to a second covered balcony.  

Homes at Delano start in the high $500,000s. Village amenities include a developing park as well as the existing 12-acre Paseos Park,  a new community center and pool in the neighboring Vistas village, along with a nearby shopping center and easy access to the 215 beltway. A public elementary school is in development by Clark County School District with plans to open in fall 2016.  The Delano neighborhood is just minutes from Downtown Summerlin, featuring 106 acres of fashion, dining and entertainment.
