Summerlin® Families Choose Life Side-By-Side At Monte Bello​

“You can live next door to your parents or you can’t,” says 30-year-old Michael Markin. Apparently, he and his wife, Dominique, CAN live next to HIS parents. The young couple and the elder Markins bought spacious single-story homes side-by-side in Monte Bello by Richmond American Homes, a popular neighborhood now selling in the master-planned community of Summerlin®. Plus, all of our utility bills are lower than ever,” said Randy.
