Models Now Open At Summerlin's Monte Bello

Three stunning models are now open in Monte Bello by Richmond American Homes, showcasing some of the most elegant and spacious floor plans within this Summerlin® neighborhood in The Mesa village nestled against the Spring Mountains. With six single-level and three two-story home designs on one-quarter-acre lots, Monte Bello homes deliver the most home options currently available in any single Summerlin neighborhood.

Located directly across from the highly acclaimed Bishop Gorman High School, Monte Bello is a private, gated enclave of 106 homes. The nine floor plans range from 2,900 to 4,200 square feet and offer three to six bedrooms, up to four-and-one-half baths and three bay-garages.   The one-story Robert, two-story Hartman and Heidi floor plans now modeled highlight some of the hundreds of  design options, including 12-foot ceiling heights, open-concept lower levels with separate formal dining rooms, multi-slide glass-panel doors, wrought-iron accented banisters, soffit ceilings and master baths with elegant glass panels that create a separate shower and stand-alone tub experience. These models also feature professional kitchens with 70-inch fridge/freezer combos, a 42-inch free-standing range, four ovens, dual dish washers and 15-foot granite-top islands. The optional guest suite with separate exterior entry with optional interior entry is also modeled.

“These homes offer stunning detail with a variety of options that makes each of the nine floor plans truly unique,” said Danielle Bisterfeldt, director of marketing for Summerlin. “New home buyers seeking customization without the work of designing a custom home from the ground up have a tremendous number of options to create their dream home starting with significant variations in floor plan designs. With models now open, homebuyers can easily envision their dream home.”

Those who select one of the six single-level floor plans will enjoy being in the single-story section of the neighborhood, where rooftops will form a uniform line across the elevated landscape.

Standard at Monte Bello is front yard landscaping with paver driveways and front walks. Custom pool and backyard landscaping package are offered through the builder.  Additional design elements vary per floor plan and include dual front yard seating areas, study, loft with deck and a tech center with a balcony. According to the Home Energy Rating System (HERS), Monte Bello  homes are about 30 percent more energy efficient than the national new home builder average.

Monte Bello offers affordable and luxurious homes for families who appreciate the value of a Summerlin address In addition to its own neighborhood park with children’s play area and picnic tables. Monte Bello is just steps from the 19-acre Mesa Park and minutes from the 215 beltway, providing quick access to the Las Vegas Strip, McCarran International Airport and Downtown Summerlin, featuring 106 acres of fashion, dining and entertainment venues in the heart of the community.
