New Summerlin Neighborhoods Taking Shape in the Developing Master-Planned Community
Summerlin, the largest master-planned community in the Las Vegas valley will this year add several new neighborhoods to the community’s inventory of homes. In two Summerlin villages, The Mesa and The Paseos, homebuilders are breaking ground and forming interest lists for six new neighborhoods.
“We are continuing the long-standing tradition of building not just beautiful homes but, creating a signature lifestyle as well,” said Peggy Chandler, senior vice president, Summerlin. “The Howard Hughes Corporation, developer of Summerlin, is careful to not only select homebuilders that build quality homes with popular floor plans that are brimming with outstanding home options and amenities, we are dedicated to creating beautiful neighborhoods unmatched in the valley.”
Development by three homebuilders is currently underway in The Mesa village, with new neighborhoods conveniently located near Bishop Gorman High School, one of the valley’s top private schools.
