Downtown Summerlin Welcomes Brand-Name Tenants, Boutiques And Restaurants To Its Eclectic Mix Of Tenants
If you’ve been to Downtown Summerlin in the last few months, you’re sure to have noticed the opening of several new retailers and restaurants being added to what already is an exciting tenant mix. With more than 100 new stores and eateries now open, this shopping and dining mecca is ready for another round of openings this spring.
In the last few months, Downtown Summerlin has welcomed clothing retailers such as Mixx, Envy and Lindbergh. Mixx is a fashion-forward clothing boutique, offering a diverse and unique assortment of men’s and women’s clothing, shoes and accessories. Envy and Lindbergh are two men’s clothiers new to Las Vegas. Based in Florida, Envy is well known for original prints, cotton and sateen shirts, designed and hand-cut from the finest European limited edition fabrics. Lindbergh, based in Denmark, has made Downtown Summerlin its flagship store in the U.S. Merchandise here ranges from preppy and classic formal to a more rugged and casual collection. The lower level of this 24,000-square-foot store features the Lindbergh Café, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Ethan Allen opened a 9,000-square-foot Design Center in Downtown Summerlin earlier this year. The store features hundreds of all-new designs the company calls “The Next Classics.” The products are relaxed and relevant to today’s lifestyles, and the technology on the floor is state-of-the-art.
Restaurants recently opened include Grape Street Café & Wine Bar and Pieology Pizzeria. Wonderland Bakery has also opened its first Nevada location. The store specializes in desserts, whimsical products and DIY decorating parties.
Within the next few weeks, Downtown Summerlin will also welcome b. young, Pink Society, Gelato Messina, Ribs & Burgers, Trattoria Regianno, Bonanno’s Pizzeria, Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar and the highly anticipated Andiron Steak & Sea.
The latest creation of husband and wife duo Chef Kim Canteenwalla and Elizabeth Blau, the team behind acclaimed neighborhood favorites Honey Salt and Made L.V., Andiron Steak & Sea will bring another fine dining element to Downtown Summerlin and the west side of Las Vegas. Andiron pays homage to all things grilled, roasted, shucked and seared. Designed by Thomas Schlesser’s Design Bureaux, Inc., the restaurant will feature a bright dining room with light woods and floral patterns giving Andiron a decidedly feminine twist.
Later this spring, Downtown Summerlin will also be home to new locations of LOFT, Verizon Wireless and Earl of Sandwich.
