NEW HOMES IN SUMMERLIN INCLUDE WELL ESTABLISHED AMENITIES IN THE MASTER-PLANNED COMMUNITY
As new neighborhoods open in The Paseos and The Mesa villages in the master-planned community of Summerlin they are immersed in a robust collection of amenities including parks, trails, shopping centers, schools, houses of worship and more.

The Andorra neighborhood by Woodside Homes, Catalina and Esperanza neighborhoods by Lennar and Santaluz by Toll Brothers opened last year within walking distance to the park, for a total of 33 floor plans ranging from 1,849 square feet to 3,943 square feet and priced from the low $300,000s to low $600,000s.
As residents move into these still developing neighborhoods, they can take advantage of the village’s central amenity corridor that, to date, is more than halfway complete. Currently, the 12.5-acre Paseos Park, with its lighted junior soccer/tee-ball fields, basketball courts, a large shaded children’s playground, picnic pavilions and an interactive water feature anchors the village’s amenity offerings. This popular village park offers beautifully landscaped space where everyone can enjoy a ballgame, share a picnic or cool off in the hot summer heat. In addition to the community parks, each neighborhood currently selling also has at least one pocket park where residents can play or relax just steps from their front doors. As a special feature in some of Summerlin’s newest Paseos neighborhoods, Cleaver and her team have redesigned the cozy pocket parks which typically sit just inside a neighborhood’s main entrance and converted them into formal landscaped spaces that create a grand arrival experience. “These new entrance designs shared by adjacent neighborhoods offer comfortable places for residents to meet and commune with new neighbors, creating yet another gathering place that encourages a healthy, active outdoor lifestyle,” said Cleaver.
