The Paseos In Summerlin® Offers 50-Plus Floor Plans Now Selling
Seven homebuilders are currently offering more than 50 floor plans in Summerlin’s Paseos village. Located west of the 215 beltway, this popular and scenic village boasts views of both Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area to the west and the Las Vegas valley to the east. Home designs run the gamut, with floor plans ranging from 1,849 to 3,943 square feet on lots as large as 10,000 square-feet. The broad array of designs and amenities include gourmet kitchens, rooftop decks and multi-generational suites. Home prices start in the mid $300,000s with estate-sized homes up to the high $700,000s.

Home designs include both single- and two-story plans, with two or three-car garages, three to seven bedrooms and as many as six and one half baths. Builders with actively selling neighborhoods in The Paseos include KB Home, Lennar, Pulte Homes, Ryland Homes, Toll Brothers, William Lyon Homes and Woodside Homes.
Rooftop decks are available in two neighborhoods while many homes throughout the village offer multiple outdoor living spaces including courtyards, large covered patios and covered balconies. Energy saving features and home automation technology are offered in several neighborhoods by multiple home builders, while many floor plans offer a wide range of upgraded options including home theatres, casitas, wine cellars, air bath bubble tubs and a front courtyard pool. Notable standard design elements offered in several neighborhoods include guest suites with private sitting rooms and bathrooms, dry bars, paver driveways, 12-foot multi-slide glass doors and the unique upside-down floor plan. Amenities in The Paseos include the 12-acre Paseos Park and miles of trails that provide a great place to run and exercise, and connect neighborhoods to the park. A public elementary school and the 14-acre Fox Hill Park are slated to start construction in early 2016.
