Resort-Style Club at the Heart of Signature Lifestyle at

Trilogy® by Shea Homes in Summerlin®

Shea Homes brought its popular  Trilogy® 55+ active lifestyle concept to the master-planned community of Summerlin® last year, and the neighborhood is continuing to resonate with those homebuyers transitioning from raising families and building careers to enjoying a new and exciting chapter in their lives.


Located near South Town Centre Drive and Flamingo Road, Trilogy in Summerlin is one of Shea Homes’ 16 resort style communities nationwide. When completed, the Club’s multiple indoor and outdoor hangout areas will serve as the neighborhood’s ultimate gathering and party space.  The Overlook, a second-story sports and media lounge with indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, will offer spectacular views of the Strip.  Best of all, the Club and all lifestyle programming will be managed by a resort-trained team who provide a high level of service and an exciting lifestyle.


According to Shea’s general manager of Trilogy in Summerlin, Kyle Tibbitts, Outlook Club will be the heart of the community that connects residents on many levels.  “It will provide great spaces not only to sit back and relax and socialize, but also unique places to focus on health and wellness and explore new interests through activities like cooking demonstrations and art classes,” said Tibbitts.


The condo community is planned for 354 attached homes in three distinct collections encompassing a total of 13 unique floorplans, including paired, courtyard and vertical duplex plans. Sophisticated homes will feature multi-level designs that are thoughtfully designed to place all the main living areas and the master suites on a single level for the ultimate in convenience. Homes will feature modern, open floorplans that encourage true indoor-outdoor living. Options may include casitas, guest suites and private elevators, and opportunities to personalize the home interiors to reflect the stylish tastes of buyers. Homes are designed to encourage entertaining and offer a “lock and leave” lifestyle that makes it easier to travel, features many 55+ buyers are seeking.


Trilogy’s Resort collection offers four floorplans from ~1,538 to ~2,649 square feet with two to three bedrooms and two to three and one-half baths. The Resort collection is priced from the mid-$400’s. Trilogy’s Modern collection includes four floorplans from ~2,236 to ~2,748 square feet and is priced from the mid-$500’s.  These homes offer two to three bedrooms and up to three-and-one-half baths.  And finally, Trilogy’s Luxe collection features five floorplans from ~2,089 to ~2,915 square feet, priced from the high $500’s.  All Luxe models offer two bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths with expansive great rooms ideal for entertaining. Luxe models also include casita and guest loft options, main level living and outdoor decks overlooking the valley.
