SUMMERLIN’S SEGOVIA FEATURES STUNNING OUTDOOR OPTIONS
Segovia by Pulte Homes, one of Summerlin’s actively selling neighborhoods, epitomizes the community’s focus on outdoor living with options that allow homeowners to seamlessly incorporate the great outdoors into their homes. Located north of West Charleston Boulevard in The Paseos village, Segovia features three, two-story Spanish-style floor plans ranging from 2,776 to 3,364 square feet with up to six bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths and three-bay garages. In addition to offering incredible views of the valley and nearby Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, the neighborhood features homes with uniquely designed outdoor living spaces.
“Pulte Homes has employed many innovative and functional designs for outdoor living,” said Danielle Bisterfeldt, director of marketing for Summerlin. “These floor plans offer alluring architectural elements with a twist that incorporate outdoor living into new areas of the home including the front and side yards. Front courtyards paired with open-air casitas create beautiful and comfortable spaces to relax, entertain and enjoy outdoor living in Summerlin.”
The entrance to Segovia incorporates another new design element within Summerlin with its expansive gated grand entry, a main drive approaching two neighborhoods and highlighted by lush desert landscaping and recreational green space on either side of the drive. The area acts as an entry and a park for residents of two adjacent neighborhoods.
Residence 1 at Segovia includes a charming open-air casita and courtyard at the main entrance, perfect for lounging or entertaining. This three bedroom, two-and-one-half bath home features a separate dining room and den, each with optional doors leading to the courtyard. The open floor plan encompasses a gathering room, kitchen featuring an executive kitchen island and café. The master bedroom suite is accented by separate walk-in closets and multi-slider glass doors leading to the mirador or covered balcony above the loggia at the rear of the home.
The entry to Residence 2 opens to an elongated courtyard enhanced by a wide open-air casita for covered entertainment space. This four bedroom, two-and-one-half bath home spans 3,000 square feet and features a den and separate dining room. Adjacent the gourmet kitchen is a cozy café with optional fixed French doors. A rear loggia accessible through the spacious gathering room adds to the outdoor lounge space. The second floor features a cozy owners’ retreat within the master suite. A variety of options in this floor plan include up to six bedrooms, loft, game room, media room and mirador.
The front entry to Residence 3 allows for an optional casita adjacent a spacious courtyard leading to the main entrance. An elegant cylindrical foyer highlights the spiral staircase in this four-bedroom and three-and-one-half bath home. It features a first floor guest suite and separate dining room with a butler’s pantry. The connected family room, kitchen and café lead to the rear loggia. The second floor includes a loft, study and a master suite with dual walk-in closets, an owners’ retreat and optional mirador.
“These homes offer a new design in The Paseos,” said Bisterfeldt. “Pulte has done a superb job of meeting Summerlin’s commitment of providing residents a comfortable way of incorporating outdoor living into their homes.”
