Las Vegas Summerlin Homes In The Heart Of It All
The name Summerlin is often associated with the entire western rim of the Las Vegas valley but, the 22,500-acre master-planned community has clearly defined borders, stretching as far north as West Cheyenne Avenue and south, just past Russell Road. With nearly 36 square miles of neighborhoods, parks, top-ranked schools, churches and a developing downtown that will house more than 125 shops, restaurants and entertainment venues, Summerlin is clearly in the heart of the valley, particularly given its easy access to the entire city via the 215 beltway.
As The Howard Hughes Corporation continues to build new homes in The Mesa village to the south and The Paseos village in the west, a plethora of amenities are already available in each new neighborhood. Shopping centers that have been part of the community landscape over the last 23 years already offer residents in Summerlin’s newest neighborhoods easy access to living essentials like grocery stores, coffee shops, dry cleaners and doctor’s offices.
“One of Summerlin’s greatest attributes is that while neighborhoods continue to open with new homes offering a broad variety of floor plans and the latest green home builder technologies, Summerlin is an established master-planned community,” said Danielle Bisterfeldt, director of marketing for Summerlin. “This community has a proven track record of creating an enhanced quality of life for its residents. Even our newest neighborhoods offer nearby living essentials as well as easy access to the 215 beltway, providing direct routes to Summerlin Parkway, major highways, the Las Vegas Strip and the airport.”
Summerlin residents have the greatest access to natural resources for recreation as they are just minutes from Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. Complimented by some of man’s best creations like Wet ‘n’ Wild Las Vegas water park, nine golf courses and two community swimming pools, they also have easy access to what is quite possibly one of the most anticipated assets to the community, the creation of Downtown Summerlin, home to 125 open-air retail, dining, and entertainment venues. Developed along the 215 beltway just south of Red Rock Casino Resort Spa, the regional retail center in Downtown Summerlin will fill a void for shoppers across the valley who want to avoid the strip or just want a new and sophisticated shopping experience.
Summerlin not only offers residents beautiful homes in beautifully landscaped neighborhoods with some of the best amenities in the valley, Summerlin offers a place to call home at the center of it all.
