Summerlin® Unveils Pulte Homes' Estrella Neighborhood

The master-planned community Summerlin continues to bolster its offerings of single-family homes with its newest neighborhood, Estrella by Pulte Homes. Offering three single-story and three two-story floor plans, Estrella homes include Pulte’s signature Life Tested® living spaces. Pre-sales have begun.

Estrella’s Camelia, Saffron and Modena two-story floor plans range from 2,058 to more than 2,500 square feet and include three or four bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths. Notable design elements include entry foyers, drop zones from garage, separate den, loft and first floor master-suite. Elegant options include tray ceilings and a large balcony from the master bedroom. Front-yard landscaping comes standard. These homes start at $334,880.

The single story Triesta, Verona and Parklane floor plans start at $483,880 and range from 2,156 to 2,455 square feet. They include two or three bedrooms, two-and one half baths and feature open floor plans with ten foot ceiling heights. Formal dining room, courtyard, covered loggia and three-car tandem garage are offered in these homes. Options include fourth and fifth bedrooms, generous walk-in closet in lieu of third car-tandem parking space and extensions at the master bedroom that add square-footage to the home.

“At first glance the homes at Estrella are unassuming in size,” said Danielle Bisterfeldt, director of marketing for Summerlin.  “Yet each floor plan includes outstanding design elements and everyday conveniences that make these homes promise to live as good as they look.”

Estrella’s six floor plans come standard with several significant energy saving features.  These include 15 SEER-rated air conditioning systems, low-E dual pane windows with vinyl frames, water efficient toilets, 95 percent energy efficient gas furnace, Rheem® tankless water heater and digital programmable thermostat. Carbon monoxide detectors are also standard.

Estrella is in The Paseos village, located north of West Charleston Boulevard and west of the 215 beltway, in the cascading hills adjacent Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. Nearby amenities include the Paseos Park, grocery store, restaurants, salons and Downtown Summerlin, the 106-acre fashion, dining and entertainment center in the heart of Summerlin.
