Summerlin’s Tevare Neighborhood Builds Homes And Friendships​

When Ashley Flanagan and her husband Mike decided to move to Las Vegas from their Colorado community, they chose to live in the master-planned community Summerlin®. Flanagan says they googled “best areas for Las Vegas living” and Summerlin was always at the top of the list. “It was rated high for great places for families and for safety,” said Flanagan, who has a four year-old-daughter and four-month old son. “And we loved the close proximity to Red Rock Canyon.”

After renting a home in Summerlin for a year, the Flanagans moved into The Paseos village and bought a new home in Tevare by KB Home. “We loved the neighborhood and really liked the floorplans and new construction of the homes,” she said.

Six months after the Flanagans moved in, the home next door was completed and Megan and Alex Pristash moved in with their two-year-old daughter. “We always hoped we’d live close to other families with children the same ages as ours, so it’s a real bonus to be next door neighbors with the Pristash family.  I instantly hit it off with Megan.”

“We couldn’t have asked for better neighbors, said Megan Pristash. “We instantly had a connection with Ashley and Mike. From game nights to instant babysitters, we absolutely love living next to them.”

The gated Tevare neighborhood offers five floor plans, including one single-level home. They range from 1,849 to 2,625 square-feet and include three to five bedrooms.
