Summerlin's Montecito Sets New Standards For Single-Story Living
Summerlin’s Montecito neighborhood by Toll Brothers opened its models in grand style this month with a VIP red carpet event featuring all three of its floor plans beautifully designed and accented by Tesla automobiles. Modeled similarly to Toll’s nearby Santaluz neighborhood which has just two homes remaining, Montecito’s three, single-story model homes are styled with a completely new look.
“Toll developed a fantastic product last year with the design of the Santaluz single-story floor plans,” said Peggy Chandler, SVP- Summerlin. “And they’ve outdone themselves this year with Montecito. New home buyers will be impressed when they experience Montecito. It is truly spectacular.”
Already selling, Montecito’s Catania, Messina and Trapani floor plans feature Spanish-Colonial exterior elevations in a gated neighborhood located along the cascading slopes of The Paseos village, near Red Rock National Conservation Area. Homesites average approximately 8,200 square feet with one corner lot sized at 20,600 square feet. Like Santaluz, floor plans range from 2,495 to 2,874 square feet with three or four bedrooms and a two- or three-car garage. Additionally, Montecito offers an extensive variety of upscale design elements not previously available.
