Welcome to Summerlin, Bake the Cookie Shoppe! The Las Vegas-based award-winning cookie shop that’s started by a group of foodies who have a passion for all sweet things, is now open at DTS. Led by a fierce team of five, the entrepreneurs have taken the baking world by storm launching a successful high-quality sweet business boasting classics like traditional chocolate chip to more unique and exotic flavors like Ube Crinkle, Guava, Oreo Milkshake, and Peanut Butter Overload. There is a cookie for every taste preference.

Q: Why DTS for your newest bake location? Downtown Summerlin gave us the perfect opportunity to introduce a new concept — serving coffee and offering a dine-in experience for our customers to relax and enjoy their favorite desserts.
Q: What makes bake different from other cookie shops? Bake stands out because we offer an enhanced dessert experience that goes beyond cookies. From our unique gifting options to our creative flavor profiles inspired by Asian influences, every treat is thoughtfully crafted. While we started as a cookie shoppe, we’ve evolved into a full dessert destination — now offering soft serve ice cream alongside our signature desserts.
Q: Tell us about some of your favorite creations on the menu? My personal favorite is our Ube Toffee Cookie — it’s made with an ube base (a purple sweet potato popular in the Philippines), mixed with toffee bits, and topped with toasted coconut curds called latik. It’s a beautiful blend of flavor and texture that feels both nostalgic and unique.
But what we’re really known for is our Dubai lineup — our most popular collection of desserts. It includes the Strawberry Dubai Cup (fresh strawberries, milk chocolate, and crunchy kataifi topped with our house-made pistachio cream), the Dubai Brownie (a rich brownie layered with kataifi and milk chocolate), and our famous Dubai Cookie — a cookie stuffed with kataifi, dipped in milk chocolate, and drizzled with our signature house-made pistachio cream.
Q: Bake offers customized labels for events? That’s a fun service. Yes! We wanted to enhance our gifting experience by offering customized labels that feature a company’s logo or event design. It’s a simple but thoughtful way to make our cookies even more special — perfect for wowing clients, celebrating milestones, or adding a personal touch to any event.
Q: When not baking, what’s your favorite place to visit at DTS? We love spending time at the community events — from the farmers market to the Marketing Alley pop-ups. It’s always fun to check out and support the small local businesses around us. Downtown Summerlin has such great energy, and being part of that community makes it even more special.
Q: Best tip for someone who has never been to bake before? Definitely try our Dubai Strawberry Cup — it’s best enjoyed fresh! And don’t be shy about asking for cookie samples. We offer a wide variety of flavors, and we love for our customers to taste our treats before choosing their favorites. It’s all part of the Bake experience
Q: Shipping nationwide? How do you keep those cookies fresh? Yes, we ship nationwide! We bake our cookies early in the morning, let them cool to the perfect temperature, and then individually seal each one to lock in freshness. Everything is packed and ready just in time for UPS pickup, so our cookies arrive soft, chewy, and delicious — just like they came straight from our shop!
Q: What’s next for bake? Expansion, hopefully! We’d love to take Bake to other major city markets and share our desserts with even more dessert lovers across the country. We’re excited to keep growing, evolving, and bringing the Bake experience to new communities.
