Sipping on a delish cocktail is a perfect accompaniment to any feast. And while we hope you venture out to your favorite dining spot for an in-person sip, we wanted to share two must-make seasonal cocktail recipes courtesy of Trattoria Reggiano and True Food Kitchen at Downtown Summerlin®.

Trattoria Reggiano – “Winter Spice and Everything Nice Sangria”

What You Will Need:

1 bottle of merlot
2 pears; diced
2 cups cranberry juice
2 oz Triple Sec
3 oz brandy
10 cloves
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp simple syrup
¼ tsp vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Serve cold in rocks glass.

True Food Kitchen – “The Common Bond”

What You Will Need:

.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
1 oz apple juice
1.5 oz chai-infused bourbon

Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Pour into a rocks glass and garnish with Luxardo cherry.
