Q: You oversee both Estee Lauder beauty counters at Dillard’s and Macy’s at Downtown Summerlin, correct?
I partner with multiple retailers in Las Vegas to support the Estee Lauder business. At Downtown Summerlin that includes Dillard’s and Macy’s, along with Ulta and Sephora.
Q: Best new product that Estee Lauder will debut this year?

Q: What’s the buzz in beauty for 2025?
The beauty industry is vast and so much depends on interpretation, but I think where it all collides is in having an individualized approach. In everything from how someone wants to look, the unique touches curated for a consumer, to the experiences they choose to indulge in and where they spend their money. Wellness is accelerating at enormous speeds, and we will see more buzz regarding longevity and regenerating, and how to stimulate our own body to live longer, younger!
Q: Favorite spot at DTS to shop when not working? I can’t choose just one! I love shoes, so easily Dillard’s. Anthropologie for a mood boost or to find something unique for myself or a gift. I also love Pure Barre. The classes help me restore my work-life balance.
Q: Biggest tip for someone looking for a simplified beauty routine?
Use the Advanced Night Repair Serum. It can’t be simpler than seven benefits in one product. It was a tip someone gave me when I started in the beauty industry 25 years ago, before I knew anything. All they had to say was, if you use it, you will always look younger than your friends. Now I tell everyone, and I won’t sleep without it!

Q: Top three beauty trends this year?
- Glowy, healthy skin is always in, so plan to see more of the glass skin trend.
- Never enough nude, so more new nude lip shades and formulas are coming.
- Artificial intelligence, or more brands engaging with AI in beauty. The cool thing is Estee Lauder already owns amazing AI capability. Come play at Macy’s or Dillard’s.
