Number of Years in the Industry: 20+
Describe your role and how it pertains to the community of Summerlin:
Over the course of the last two decades, my career with HHC has evolved. The one constant has remained my responsibility to manage the design review and construction process for custom neighborhood developments in Summerlin. Holding an active real estate license allows me to support the sales efforts, and most recently, I now report to the sales & marketing team, which has given me the opportunity to play a more active role with future custom development. Additionally, I find it very rewarding to assist the Director of Architecture with production homes as it relates to exteriors and non-compliance issues. Working alongside my many talented colleagues – both past and present, the HOA team and consultants, my responsibilities are varied and gratifying.
Accomplishments/Statistics during current role:
As a woman born in a different country and a working mother of two who puts my children and their education first, the balancing act is real. But I am especially proud of my career at HHC which serves as a great example to my children. And I am especially proud of the fact that I have had a hand in over 400 bespoke custom homes over the past twenty years.
Any fun facts about Summerlin you would like to share?
With Downtown Summerlin as the center of all activities in Summerlin, there are endless things to participate in and enjoy there. I also appreciate Summerlin’s unique location, tucked against the National Red Rock Canyon Conservation Area. It’s just one of the reasons why the Summerlin master plan is so beautiful, full of flora and fauna, and offers an abundance of outdoor activity opportunities in a stunning setting.
What is your favorite part of Summerlin?
My favorite part of Summerlin is its sense of community. Both my children attended Summerlin schools and actively participated in sports, and my son currently plays ice hockey at City National Arena in Downtown Summerlin.
