Regency at Summerlin®, a new active adult lifestyle concept built and perfected by Toll Brothers, is now open in The Cliffs village. Regency is Summerlin’s first age-qualified, single-family neighborhood in 15 years.

Siena (Resale Homes Only)

Siena is a 667 acre age-privileged community located within the master-planned community of Summerlin in Las Vegas, Nevada.
