When Cal and Maria Champlin moved into Panorama Pointe by Woodside Homes in The Hills village of Summerlin in March 1991, they, and Woodside Homes, made history.

That’s because the neighborhood was Summerlin’s very first, and the Champlins were the community’s very first residents whose move to a then unproven community was historic and spoke volumes about their belief in the Summerlin vision and what the community would become.

Fast forward to today, and Woodside Homes has built nearly 30  neighborhoods in Summerlin over the past 32 years, a remarkable testament to the quality of its homes and their evolution over decades to change with the times – meeting the ever-changing demands of modern families seeking homes that function as spaces for work, entertaining, work-outs and more.

Today, Woodside Homes offers three Summerlin neighborhoods in Summerlin West, featuring elevated topography that offers stunning views from select vantage points. The area is located west of the 215 Beltway with Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and the Spring Mountains, creating a stunning western backdrop.
