SkinnyFATS is a one-of-a-kind restaurant that is well-known for its two-fold American Fare menu that features innovatively-named ‘Healthy’ and ‘Happy’ menu options.
Featuring the same laid-back vibe and flavor-forward casual gourmet menu, the new SkinnyFATS locale is designed to meet the restaurant’s increasing demand with added seating in the center of Vegas’ newest hot-spot for shopping and dining. The dual indoor-outdoor space will feature colorful atmosphere-centric works by local artists as well as fresh cold-pressed juices, kombucha and craft beer on tap.
SkinnyFATS currently has four locations throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Its soon to be expanded flagship location at 6261 Dean Martin Dr. debuted in June 2013, followed by 8680 W. Warm Springs Rd in October 2014 and its newest and largest store at 6475 N. Decatur Blvd just opened in January 2017.
