Endless Trails. Right Outside Your Door.

With more than 200 miles of award-winning trails—and growing—Summerlin makes it easy to walk, run, ride, and explore the outdoors from your doorstep. Consistently ranked as the residents’ favorite amenity, the system connects neighborhoods with parks, schools, and shopping, offering street-side paths, village trails, and regional routes for every kind of explorer. Planned to expand past 250 miles, new segments—including a 3.5-mile addition along Summerlin Parkway—feature multi-modal designs that keep all users safe and active.

Multi-Modal Trails

Multi-modal trails offer an enhanced take on street-side pathways—expanded to 10 feet wide and designed with both paved and soft surfaces. This thoughtful approach creates a more versatile experience, comfortably accommodating walkers, runners, and cyclists along a shared, well-balanced path.
