Downtown Summerlin is getting a new neighborhood favorite! Finney’s Crafthouse is bringing its SoCal vibe to Las Vegas—and twin brothers Greg and Brad Finefrock are behind it all. Greg, whose last name is pronounced “FinneyFrock,” founded Finney’s with a simple idea: create a fun, welcoming place where good food, cold craft beer and great company come together. Now, the brothers are bringing that spirit to Summerlin with scratch-made favorites, craft cocktails, dozens of beers on tap, a big patio and plenty of TVs for game days.

What made Downtown Summerlin the perfect location for Finney’s first Las Vegas restaurant?
We wanted to be where all the action was in Summerlin, right next to the ballpark and where all the families hang out.
What inspired you to bring Finney’s from Southern California to Las Vegas?
Las Vegas has all of the things we look for in a community – families, fun, sports, and entertainment
What’s it like opening a restaurant together as twin brothers?
Even though we are not identical twins, we see things the same way. We both have very similar tastes and trust each other’s instincts.
What are the must-try dishes and drinks that every first-time guest should order?
Greg loves the Bison Burger and a guava margarita and Brad’s go-to is the Mediterranean bowl with double chicken and an N/A Smoke & Honey. We always split the cheesesteak egg rolls for a starter!
What makes the Summerlin location unique from your other Finney’s restaurants?
We have two huge patios, one which is fully enclosed with operable windows and one which has misters, umbrellas and is open to the sky. It is a huge benefit to offer these outdoor dining options to our guests.
What’s one thing you’re most excited for Las Vegas guests to experience?
Our food!
