Six neighborhoods in the master-planned community of Summerlin are nearing close-out. These include four in The Paseos village – Capistrano and Sarasota by CalAtlantic Homes, Estrella by Pulte Homes and Belmonte by Woodside Homes; one in The Cliffs village – Vistara by Pulte Homes; and one in The Ridges village – Sterling Ridge by William Lyon Homes.

The Paseos village is one of the community’s most scenic thanks to its elevated location west of the 215 beltway at the base of Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. With expansive valley views to the east and stunning mountain views to the west, along with immediate access to schools, parks and trails, it’s no wonder that so many families continue to put down roots in The Paseos. New amenities in The Paseos village include the new adventure- and play-themed Fox Hill Park and Billy and Rosemary Vassiliadis Elementary School that opened in August. At the center of the village is the 12-acre Paseos Park with children’s play area, splash pad, basketball courts, picnic ramadas and significant open space. The newly opened Vistas Community Center and pool, both Summerlin resident-exclusive amenities, are located just minutes from The Paseos neighborhoods.
