Summerlin continues to rack up accolades for being the “best.” This month Ideal-LIVING Magazine named Summerlin to its annual list of “100 Best Places to Live.”

Ideal-LIVING annually surveys its readers for their choices on the best places to live with an emphasis on amenities. Calling out Summerlin, Ideal-LIVING said: “For over 30 years, Summerlin has been one of Las Vegas’ premier urban and residential communities nestled against the breathtaking Red Rock National Conservation Area with a vibrant walkable urban center.”

With more than 250 parks of all sizes; 150-plus miles of trails; major sports venues like Las Vegas Ballpark, home of the Las Vegas Aviators professional baseball team and City National Arena, practice facility of the Vegas Golden Knights, Summerlin residents love their outdoor activities, scenic landscapes and active lifestyle.

The master planned community also is home to its vivacious urban center, Downtown Summerlin, boasting 125 stores, 30-plus restaurants and dozens of family-friendly events and seasonal celebrations.

Summerlin’s Southern Nevada location makes it the ideal launchpad for fun-filled weekend get-a-ways to some of the West’s best destinations such as Zion National Park, Big Bear Lake and Brian Head ski resort.
