The newest neighborhood to open in the Summerlin master planned community is Fairview by Lennar. Located in Grand Park village, Fairview is a luxury collection of new single-story homes that feature Lennar’s signature Next Gen® suite, designed for multigenerational households offering a private entrance, living area, kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom.
Three single-story floorplans range from 3,793 to 3,972 square feet, with four to five bedrooms, four to five baths, and three-bay garages. Fairview is priced from approximately $1.9 million to more than $2 million.
According to Jenni Pevoto, Senior Director of Master Planned Marketing for Summerlin, demand for multigenerational living options continues to grow as more extended families choose to live together. “From adult children returning home to aging parents who want to live independently but close to family, multigenerational living is on the upswing,” she said. ““For those who want to host visiting family and friends under one roof, Lennar’s Next Gen suite is ideal, providing guests with privacy and comfort just steps from family and friends. We anticipate Fairview to be a home run for those seeking a multi-gen option.”
Fairview residents will enjoy proximity to nearby Grand Park, the community’s largest park, which will span 90 acres at completion, with 21 acres already developed offering baseball fields, pickleball and basketball courts, splash pad, playground, and adult exercise stations. The remaining two phases are currently in the planning stage, with additional details to be released as plans are finalized.
Grand Park village is situated on elevated topography west of the 215 Beltway, offering sweeping views of the valley from select vantage points and easy access throughout the valley, including Downtown Summerlin®, which is a short five-minute drive away.
