Currently home to Faiss Middle School (2007) and Wet ‘n’ Wild (2013), this is Summerlin’s southernmost village spanning just over 418 acres. It is home to Regency, a 100-acre, age-qualified neighborhood developed by Toll brothers and the first in Summerlin in more than 15 years.
