Who is the mastermind behind Mathnifisense?
Myself, Ronnie White. I was born and raised in Las Vegas Nevada. I Went to Elementary (Bonner), Middle (Rogich) and High School (Palo Verde) here in Summerlin. I also graduated from UNLV which stands for “U Never Leave Vegas”, there is a lot of truth to that statement.
Why did you pick Downtown Summerlin as a location?
To be honest, Summerlin is the most beautiful part of Las Vegas. I personally have lived here my whole life. We picked Downtown Summerlin because it has such a great family-oriented atmosphere, and it is also convenient for people who live in and around Summerlin to come to.
What’s unique about your tutoring services?
We are doing something revolutionary here at Mathnifisense. We are making math fun and joyful for kids. Yes, you heard that right, math and fun in the same sentence. We are breaking boundaries with that statement.
Best kept secret at DTS?
The beautiful sunset views we get to admire every day. Best in the city!
What do you love about officing at ONE Summerlin?
There are two main things I absolutely love about ONE Summerlin. First, the excellent customer service I receive daily. From the doorman to the people at the front office, they are always friendly and eager to help. Second, the luxurious views from my office. Hands down the best office building around.
Favorite math subject?
I love algebra, the great thing about algebra is being able to mechanically go back and check your answer. It is so satisfying to do that and realize you did the equation correctly.
Top advice to give a parent/child who needs tutoring help?
There is no such thing as a math gene, Issac Newton is the only one who might have had one (just kidding). Anyone can learn math; they just need the right tools and support to do so.
What’s your favorite spot at Downtown Summerlin to eat and shop?
There are many places I like to shop and eat here in Downtown Summerlin, but if I were to narrow it down, I would choose H&M for clothes and Grape Street Café & Wine Bar for food.
